Acute Clinic

The acute action clinic would be a service run by Paramedics & ACPs under the supervision of a GP who is regularly on site . We will offer face to face appointments for acute medical issues at The Hub, Block Lane.

We can also offer a limited home visiting service for housebound or vulnerable patients to help support the GP surgeries.

This would include medical conditions such as UTIs, Ear Infections, Chest Infections, Skin problems and more.

Paediatric Appointments

On the day face to face appointments for children aged 0-15yrs old.

Reduces demand on Practices for on the day acute pediatric illnesses

ACP appointments under on site GP supervision.

Directly bookable or booking line available.

Smear Clinics

Practice Nurse led appointments.

Pre-bookable appointments for PCN registered patients.

Request recorded on ICE.

Potential to add Depo injection appointments.

Direct booking or booking line available.

Annual LTC Reviews

PCN registered patients requiring an annual review for one or more long term condition can be booked into designated appointments.

PN led with GP supervision.

Reviews for Stroke/TIA, Diabetes, Asthma (inc. Children), COPD, IHD.

Appointments will be pre-bookable and can be set for direct booking or booking line.
